Magnesium Chloride IP
Abstract
Magnesium Chloride is an ionic halide that is highly soluble in water. It is extracted from brine or sea water and out of ancient seabeds via solution mining.
Use/Application
Magnesium Chloride is mainly used for dust control, soil stabilization, and wind erosion mitigation. It is also used for low temperature deicing of highways, as a nutritional supplement, for hydrogen storage, as a coagulant in culinary use and in gardening and horticulture.
