Abstract
Ferrous Fumarate is the fumarate salt form of the mineral iron, occurring as a reddish-orange powder, used to supplement iron intake. It has the chemical formula C4H2FeO4.

Used as a dietary supplement, and to prevent or treat iron deficiency related syndromes.

Shelf life, Storage and Packing

It should be stored in a segregated area in a cool and ventilated place away from combustible materials. Keep in a tightly closed container, sealed until ready for use. It is packed in 25kg or 50kg HDPE bags or drums as required.
